Who We Are

The family at the Prattville church of Christ are group of people striving to be just Christians in the full Biblical sense. We are caring and committed, honoring God first, our families second, and our neighbors third.

With God's help, we are trying to be:

A Christ-Centered Church - Honoring Him as having all authority in our lives and in His Church which He paid for with His blood.

Matthew 28:18-20

A Bible Church - Believing in the inspiration and authority of the scriptures; speaking where the Bible speaks and keeping silent where it is silent.

2 Timothy 3:16-17

A Caring Church - Loving and serving others, supporting families, youth, the elderly, the needy; showing the compassion of Jesus Christ.

Colossians 3:12

A Praying Church - Praising God and asking for his blessings on each other and on all nations under the heavens.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

We offer you the opportunity to meet and worship with your friends and neighbors. Worship service includes:

Praising God and encouraging each other through Acappella singing (non instrumental music).
Offering Prayers to God.
Scripture reading.
The Lord's Supper, or communion, is observed every first day of the week in remembrance of Jesus' sacrifice for our sins on the cross, and is central to our worship.
A sermon centered on a Biblical message designed to encourage all in Godly living.
Giving of our physical means as God has prospered us.
Warm and loving Fellowship with Christians seeking to serve God and one another.
